

To make crust, combine the melted butter, brown sugar and flour and spread in a 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
To make filling, combine the eggs with the flour, vanilla, brown sugar, AMPORT dates and nuts. Spread over the baked crust. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
To make frosting, cream butter and blend in the milk, confectioner's sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Spread over the bars. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 4 dozen.
