Dates / Date-Banana Sports Cookies


Ingredients

  • 2 large mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 1 cup AMPORT chopped dates
  • 2 cps quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and let stand for a few minutes. Shape into cookies. Bake at 360 degrees for about 25 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
