Dates / Date-Banana Sports Cookies


Ingredients
2 large mashed bananas
1/4 cup soy flour
1 cup AMPORT chopped dates
2 cps quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup oil
1 cup wheat germ
1/4 honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let stand for a few minutes. Shape into cookies. Bake at 360 degrees for about 25 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
