

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. Make streusel by working butter into dry ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
For batter, combine dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Combine egg, butter and milk in separate bowl. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Combine egg, butter and milk in separate bowl and add to dry ingredients. Mix just until moist. Put mixture in muffin cups. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
*You can also use apples.
