Dried Fruit / Carrot and Cranberry Slaw


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 oz. yellow raisins
  • 3 oz. AMPORT dried cranberries
  • Mayonnaise thinned with cream
  • Directions

    Blend carrots, cabbage, salt, and cranberries in a crisper. Moisten liberally with mayonnaise thinned with cream. Toss lightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with a fresh sprig of dill or mint.
